সেই রাত্রি তাহাঁ রহি' ভক্তগণ-সঙ্গে ।
গোপালের পূর্বকথা শুনে বহু রঙ্গে ॥ ৭ ॥
sei ratri tahaṅ rahi' bhakta-gana-saṅge
gopalera purva-katha sune bahu raṅge
sei ratri-that night; tahaṅ-there; rahi'-remaining; bhakta-gana-saṅge-with the other devotees; gopalera-of Lord Gopala; purva-katha-previous narration; sune-hears; bahu-much; raṅge-in pleasure.
That night Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu stayed in the temple of Gopala, and along with all the devotees, He heard the narration of the witness Gopala with great pleasure.
