প্রভু কহে, - নিত্যানন্দ আমারে বঞ্চিলা ।
গঙ্গাকে আনিয়া মোরে যমুনা কহিলা ॥ ৩৪ ॥

prabhu kahe,-nityananda amare vancila

gaṅgake aniya more yamuna kahila

SYNONYMS

prabhu kahe-the Lord replied; nityananda-Lord Nityananda; amare-Me; vancila-has cheated; gaṅgake-to the bank of the Ganges; aniya-bringing; more-Me; yamuna-the River Yamuna; kahila-informed.

TRANSLATION

Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu then said, "Nityananda has cheated Me. He has brought Me to the bank of the Ganges and told Me that it was the Yamuna."
