চৌদিকেতে লক্ষ লোক বলে 'হরি' 'হরি' ।
উঠিল মঙ্গলধ্বনি স্বর্গ-মর্ত্য ভরি' ॥ ৬৫ ॥

caudikete laksa loka bale 'hari' 'hari'

uthila maṅgala-dhvani svarga-martya bhari'

SYNONYMS

cau-dikete-all around; laksa-hundreds of thousands; loka-people; bale-chant; hari hari-O Supreme Personality of Godhead, Hari; uthila-there arose; maṅgala-dhvani-an auspicious sound; svarga-martya bhari'-overwhelming all the universe.

TRANSLATION

In all directions, hundreds and thousands of people began to chant, "Hari! Hari!" Thus there arose a tumultuous and auspicious sound filling the entire universe.
