মধ্যলীলার করিলুঁ এই দিগ্‌দরশন ।
ছয় বৎসর কৈলা যৈছে গমনাগমন ॥ ২৪০ ॥

madhya-lilara kariluṅ ei dig-darasana

chaya vatsara kaila yaiche gamanagamana

SYNONYMS

madhya-lilara-of this division, known as Madhya-lila; kariluṅ-I have done; ei dik-darasana-this summary inspection; chaya vatsara-continuously for six years; kaila-performed; yaiche-just as; gamana-agamana-going and coming back.

TRANSLATION

I have thus given a summary of the Madhya-lila, which is a special description of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu's travels to and from Jagannatha Puri. Indeed, the Lord traveled to and fro continuously for six years.
