rucibhis citta-masrnya-
krd asau bhava ucyate
SYNONYMS
suddha-sattvaby unadultered goodness; visesadistinguished; atmawhose nature; premaof love of God; suryalike the sun; amsua ray; samya-bhakwhich is similar to; rucibhihby different tastes; cittaof the heart; masrnyasoftness; krtwhich causes; asauthat softness; bhavahemotion; ucyateis called.
TRANSLATION
" 'When devotional service is situated on the transcendental platform of pure goodness, it is like a ray of the sunlight of love for Krsna. At such a time, devotional service causes the heart to be softened by various tastes, and it is called bhava [emotion].'
