tathapi sankarsana-icchaya tahara prakasa
SYNONYMS
yadyapialthough; asrjyathere is no question of creation; nityaeternal; cit-sakti-vilasapastimes of the eternal spiritual energy; tathapistill; sankarsana-icchayaby the will of Sankarsana; taharaof the spiritual world; prakasamanifestation.
TRANSLATION
"Although there is no question of creation as far as the spiritual world is concerned, the spiritual world is nonetheless manifest by the supreme will of Sankarsana. The spiritual world is the abode of the pastimes of the eternal spiritual energy.
