'পশ্চিমে' খুদিবে, তাহা 'যক্ষ' এক হয় ।
সে বিঘ্ন করিবে, - ধনে হাত না পড়য় ॥ ১৩৩ ॥
'pascime' khudibe, taha 'yaksa' eka haya
se vighna karibe,-dhane hata na paḍaya
SYNONYMS
pascime-on the western side; khudibe-if you dig; taha-there; yaksa-ghost; eka-one; haya-there is; se-he; vighna karibe-will create disturbances; dhane-on the treasure; hata-hand; na-not; paḍaya-touches.
TRANSLATION
" 'If you dig on the western side, there is a ghost who will create such a disturbance that your hands will not even touch the treasure.
