upavanodyana dekhi' vrndavana-jnana
tahan yai' nace, gaya, ksane murccha ya'na
SYNONYMS
upavana-udyanasmall parks; dekhi'-seeing; vrndavana-jnanatook them to be the forests of Vrndavana; tahanthere; yai'-going; nacedances; gayasings; ksanein a moment; murcchaunconsciousness; ya'nagoes.
TRANSLATION
Sometimes Caitanya Mahaprabhu mistook the small parks of the city for Vrndavana. Sometimes He would go there, dance and chant and sometimes fall unconscious in spiritual ecstasy.
