প্রথমেই তোমা-সঙ্গে আইলা গৌড় হৈতে ।
ইঁহার ইচ্ছা আছে 'সর্বতীর্থ' করিতে ॥ ১৬ ॥

prathamei toma-saṅge aila gauda haite

iṅhara iccha ache 'sarva-tirtha' karite

SYNONYMS

prathamei-in the beginning; toma-saṅge-with You; aila-came; gauda haite-from Bengal; iṅhara iccha-his desire; ache-is; sarva-tirtha-all places of pilgrimage; karite-to go see.

TRANSLATION

"In the beginning, he came with You from Bengal. It is his desire to see and visit all the holy places of pilgrimage.
