আঠারনালাকে আইলা গোসাঞি শুনিয়া ।
দুইমালা পাঠাইলা গোবিন্দ-হাতে দিয়া ॥ ৩৮ ॥

atharanalake aila gosani suniya

dui-mala pathaila govinda-hate diya

SYNONYMS

atharanalake-Atharanala; aila-they have reached; gosani-Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; suniya-hearing; dui-mala-two garlands; pathaila-sent; govinda-hate diya-through the hands of Govinda.

TRANSLATION

When they all arrived at a bridge called Atharanala, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, hearing the news of their arrival, sent two garlands with Govinda.
