বৃক্ষবল্লী প্রফুল্লিত প্ৰভুর দরশনে ।
ভৃঙ্গ-পিক গায়, বহে শীতল পবনে ॥ ৯৭ ॥

vrksa-valli praphullita prabhura darasane

bhrṅga-pika gaya, vahe sitala pavane

SYNONYMS

vrksa-valli-trees and creepers; praphullita-joyful; prabhura-of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; darasane-by the sight; bhrṅga-bumblebees; pika-birds; gaya-chant; vahe-were blowing; sitala-cool; pavane-breezes.

TRANSLATION

There were multifarious trees and creepers in the garden, and they were all jubilant to see Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Indeed, the birds were chirping, the bees were buzzing, and a cool breeze was blowing.
