চারি মাসের দিন মুখ্যভক্ত বাঁটি' নিল ।
আর ভক্তগণ অবসর না পাইল ॥ ৬৮ ॥

cari masera dina mukhya-bhakta bahti' nila

ara bhakta-gana avasara na paila

SYNONYMS

cari masera dina-the days of four months; mukhya-bhakta-the chief devotees; bahti' nila-shared among themselves; ara bhakta-gana-other devotees; avasara-opportunity; na paila-did not get.

TRANSLATION

For the four-month period, all the daily invitations were shared among the important devotees. The rest of the devotees did not get an opportunity to extend an invitation to the Lord.
