নানা-পুষ্পোদ্যানে তথা খেলে রাত্রি-দিনে ।
লক্ষ্মীদেবীরে সঙ্গে নাহি লয় কি কারণে ? ১২১ ॥
nana-puspodyane tatha khele ratri-dine
laksmidevire saṅge nahi laya ki karane?
nana-puspa-udyane-in the various flower gardens; tatha-there; khele-He plays; ratri-dine-both day and night; laksmi-devire-Laksmidevi, the goddess of fortune; saṅge-with Him; nahi-does not; laya-take; ki karane-what is the reason.
"The Lord enjoys His pastimes day and night in various flower gardens there. But why did He not take Laksmidevi, the goddess of fortune, with Him?"
