কীর্তন দেখিয়া জগন্নাথ হরষিত ।
সংকীর্তন দেখে রথ করিয়া স্থগিত ॥ ৫৫ ॥

kirtana dekhiya jagannatha harasita

sahkirtana dekhe ratha kariya sthagita

SYNONYMS

kirtana dekhiya-by seeing the performance of sahkirtana; jagannatha-Lord Jagannatha; harasita-very pleased; sahkirtana-performance of sahkirtana; dekhe-sees; ratha-the car; kariya sthagita-stopping.

TRANSLATION

Lord Jagannatha was very pleased by the sahkirtana, and He brought His car to a standstill just to see the performance.
