পাণ্ডুবিজয় দেখিবারে করিল গমন ।
জগন্নাথ যাত্রা কৈল ছাড়ি' সিংহাসন ॥ ৫ ॥

panḍu-vijaya dekhibare karila gamana

jagannatha yatra kaila chaḍi' simhasana

SYNONYMS

panḍu-vijaya-the ceremony named Panḍu-vijaya; dekhibare-for seeing; karila-did; gamana-go; jagannatha-Lord Jagannatha; yatra-departure; kaila-did; chaḍi'-leaving; simhasana-the throne.

TRANSLATION

Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and His personal associates then went to see the ceremony of Panḍu-vijaya. During this ceremony, Lord Jagannatha leaves His throne and gets up onto the car.
