age pache, dui parsve puspodyana-vane
yei yaha paya, lagaya,-nahika niyame
age pache—in front or at the end; dui parsve—on two sides; puspa-udyana-vane—in the flower gardens; yei—one who; yaha paya—gets the opportunity; lagaya—offers; nahika niyame—there are no hard-and-fast rules.
The devotees offered their foods everywhere, in front and behind the car, on the two sides and within the flower garden. Wherever possible, they made their offering to the Lord, for there were no hard-and-fast rules.
