কর্তুমকর্তুমন্যথা করিতে সমর্থ ।।" ৪৪ ।। ॥ ৪৪ ॥

isvara-the Supreme Personality of Godhead; jagannatha-Lord Jagannatha; yaṅra hate-within His hands; sarva artha-all potencies; kartum-to do; akartum-not to do; anyatha-and otherwise; karite-to do; samartha-able.
"Lord Jagannatha is the Supreme Personality of Godhead. He possesses all potencies. Therefore He is able to act freely and can do and undo whatever He likes."
