aji haite—from today; bhiksa amara—My accepting prasada; ei—this; ta'-certainly; niyama—the rule; pinda-bhogera—of Lord Jagannatha's prasada; eka cauthi—one-fourth of a pot; panca-gandara vyanjana—vegetables costing five gandas (one ganda equals four kaudis).
"From today on it will be a rule that I shall accept only one-fourth of a pot of Lord Jagannatha's prasada and five gandas worth of vegetables.
