আসিয়া বন্দিল ভট্ট প্রভুর চরণে ।
প্রভু 'ভাগবতবুদ্ধ্যে' কৈলা আলিঙ্গনে ॥ ৫ ॥

asiya vandila bhatta prabhura carane

prabhu 'bhagavata-buddhye' kaila aliṅgane

SYNONYMS

asiya-coming; vandila-offered obeisances; bhatta-Vallabha Bhatta; prabhura carane-at the lotus feet of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; prabhu-Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; bhagavata-buddhye-accepting him as a great devotee; kaila aliṅgane-embraced.

TRANSLATION

When Vallabha Bhatta arrived, he offered his obeisances at the lotus feet of the Lord. Accepting him as a great devotee, the Lord embraced him.
