prabhu kahe--"tumi 'pandita' 'maha-bhagavata'
dui-guna yahan, tahan nahi garva-parvata
SYNONYMS
prabhu kaheSri Caitanya Mahaprabhu said; tumiyou; panditavery learned scholar; maha-bhagavatagreat devotee; dui-gunatwo qualities; yahanwherever; tahanthere; nahithere cannot be; garva-parvatathe mountain of pride.
TRANSLATION
Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu said, "You are both a greatly learned scholar and a great devotee. Wherever there are two such attributes, there cannot be a mountain of false pride.
