আজি সমাপ্ত হইবে, - হেন জ্ঞান ছিল ।
সমস্ত রাত্রি নিলুঁ নাম সমাপ্ত না হৈল ॥ ১২৫ ॥

aji samapta ha-ibe,-hena jnana chila

samasta ratri niluh nama samapta na haila

SYNONYMS

aji-today; samapta ha-ibe-will be finished; hena jnana chila-I thought that; samasta ratri-all night; niluh-I took; nama-the holy name of the Lord; samapta-finished; na haila-was not.

TRANSLATION

"I thought that today I would be able to finish my performance of yajna, my chanting of the Hare Krsna mantra. I tried my best to chant the holy name all night, but I still did not finish.
