কিবা ব্রহ্মদৈত্য, কিবা ভূত, কহনে না যায় ।
দর্শনমাত্রে মনুষ্যের পৈশে সেই কায় ॥ ৫১ ॥ kiba brahma-daitya, kiba bhuta, kahane na yaya
darsana-matre manusyera paise sei kaya
SYNONYMS
kiba-whether; brahma-daitya-a brahmana ghost; kiba-or; bhuta-an ordinary ghost; kahane na yaya-I cannot say; darsana-matre-as soon as one sees; manusyera-of a man; paise-enters; sei kaya-that body.
TRANSLATION
"I do not know whether it was the ghost of a dead brahmana or an ordinary man, but as soon as one looks upon it, it enters his body.
