dvadasa vatsare ye ye lila ksane-ksane
ati-bahulya-bhaye grantha na kailun likhane
SYNONYMS
dvadasa vatsarein twelve years; ye yewhatever; lilapastimes; ksane-ksanemoment after moment; ati-bahulyatoo abundant; bhayebeing afraid of; granthabook; nanot; kailun likhaneI have written.
TRANSLATION
So as not to increase the size of this book, I have not written about all the Lord's pastimes, for He performed them every moment of every day for twelve years.
