দ্বাদশ বৎসরে যে যে লীলা ক্ষণে-ক্ষণে ।
অতিবাহুল্য-ভয়ে গ্রন্থ না কৈলুঁ লিখনে ॥ ১১ ॥

dvadasa vatsare ye ye lila ksane-ksane

ati-bahulya-bhaye grantha na kailuṅ likhane

SYNONYMS

dvadasa vatsare-in twelve years; ye ye-whatever; lila-pastimes; ksane-ksane-moment after moment; ati-bahulya-too abundant; bhaye-being afraid of; grantha-book; na-not; kailuṅ likhane-I have written.

TRANSLATION

So as not to increase the size of this book, I have not written about all the Lord's pastimes, for He performed them every moment of every day for twelve years.
