আর দিন কহেন প্রভু, - 'পড়, পুরীদাস ।' এই শ্লোক করি' তেঁহো করিলা প্রকাশ ॥ ৭৩ ॥

ara dina kahena prabhu,-'paḍa, puridasa'

ei sloka kari' tehho karila prakasa

SYNONYMS

ara dina-another day; kahena prabhu-Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu said; paḍa-recite; puridasa-Puridasa; ei-this; sloka-verse; kari'-making; tehho-he; karila prakasa-manifested.

TRANSLATION

Another day, when Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu said to the boy, "Recite, My dear Puridasa," the boy composed the following verse and expressed it before everyone.
