সৌন্দর্য দেখিয়া ভূমে পড়ে মূর্চ্ছা পাঞা ।
হেনকালে স্বরূপাদি মিলিলা আসিয়া ॥ ৫৭ ॥

saundarya dekhiya bhūme paḍe mūrccha pana

hena-kale svarūpadi milila asiya

SYNONYMS

saundarya-beauty; dekhiya-seeing; bhūme-on the ground; paḍe-fell; mūrccha pana-becoming unconscious; hena-kale-at that time; svarūpa-adi-the devotees, headed by Svarūpa Damodara Gosvami; milila asiya-came there and met.

TRANSLATION

When Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu saw the transcendental beauty of Krsna, He fell down on the ground unconscious. At that time, all the devotees, headed by Svarūpa Damodara Gosvami, joined Him in the garden.
