আগে বৃক্ষগণ দেখে পুষ্প ফলভরে ।
শাখা সব পড়িয়াছে পৃথিবী-উপরে ॥ ৪৯ ॥

age vrksa-gana dekhe puspa-phala-bhare

sakha saba padiyache prthivi-upare

SYNONYMS

age-in front; vrksa-gana-the trees; dekhe-see; puspa-phala-bhare-because of the heavy burden of flowers and fruits; sakha saba-all the branches; padiyache-have bent down; prthivi-upare-to the ground.

TRANSLATION

"The gopis then came upon many trees so laden with fruits and flowers that their branches bent down to the ground.
