বনপথে চলি' চলি' বারাণসী আইলা ॥ ৪২ ॥
saba bhakta-gana-thani ajna magila
vana-pathe cali' cali' varanasi aila
saba bhakta-gana-thani-from all the devotees; ajna magila-asked permission; vana-pathe cali' cali'-traversing the forest path; varanasi aila-he reached Varanasi.
He took permission from all the devotees and then departed. Traveling on the forest path, he soon reached Varanasi.
