prabhu ajna na dena tanre, na pare calite
SYNONYMS
purveformerly; jagadananderaof Jagadananda Pandita; icchadesire; vrndavana yaiteto go to Vrndavana; prabhuSri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; ajnapermission; na denadid not give; tanreto him; na pare calitehe could not go.
TRANSLATION
Formerly, when Jagadananda Pandita had desired to go to Vrndavana, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu had not given His permission, and therefore he could not go.
