purvavat asta-masa prabhu-pasa chila
asta-masa rahi' punah prabhu ajna dila
SYNONYMS
purva-vatas previously; asta-masafor eight months; prabhu-pasa chilaremained with Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; asta-masa rahi'-after staying for eight months; punahagain; prabhuSri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; ajna dilaordered him.
TRANSLATION
As previously, Raghunatha remained continuously with Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu for eight months. Then the Lord gave him the following order.
