eka-dina saba loka ghatiyale rakhila
saba chadana sivananda ekala rahila
SYNONYMS
eka-dinaone day; saba lokaall the members of the party; ghatiyale rakhilawere checked by the toll collector; sabaall of them; chadanacausing to be let go; sivanandaSivananda Sena; ekala rahilaremained alone.
TRANSLATION
One day when the party was being checked by a toll collector, the devotees were allowed to pass, and Sivananda Sena remained behind alone to pay the taxes.
