carane dhari' kahe haridasa,--"na kariha 'maya'
avasya mo-adhame, prabhu, kara ei 'daya'
SYNONYMS
caranethe lotus feet; dhari'-catching; kahesaid; haridasaHaridasa Thakura; na kariha mayado not create an illusion; avasyacertainly; mo-adhameunto me, who am so fallen; prabhumy Lord; kara ei dayashow this mercy.
TRANSLATION
Catching the lotus feet of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, Haridasa Thakura said, "My Lord, do not create an illusion! Although I am so fallen, You must certainly show me this mercy!
