ganga-snana kari' puja karite lagila
kanyagana-madhye prabhu asiya basila
SYNONYMS
ganga-snanabath in the Ganges; kari'-having taken; pujaworship; kariteto do; lagilabegan; kanya-ganathe girls; madhyein the midst of; prabhuthe Lord; asiyacoming there; basilasat down.
TRANSLATION
When the girls engaged in worshiping the different demigods after bathing in the Ganges, the young Lord would come there and sit down among them.
