সেই ক্ষণে জাগি' নিমাই করয়ে ক্রন্দন ।
অঙ্কে লঞা শচী তাঁরে পিয়াইল স্তন ॥ ১০ ॥

sei ksane jagi' nimai karaye krandana

aṅke lana saci taṅre piyaila stana

SYNONYMS

sei ksane-immediately; jagi'-awakening; nimai-the Lord of the name Nimai; karaye-does; krandana-crying; aṅke-on the lap; lana-taking; saci-mother Saci; taṅre-Him; piyaila-caused to suck; stana-breast.

TRANSLATION

While mother Saci and Jagannatha Misra were talking, the child Nimai woke up and began to cry, and mother Saci took Him on her lap and allowed Him to suck her breast.
