antare isvara-cesta, bahire nirdambha
caitanya-bhakti-mandape tenho mula-stambha
SYNONYMS
antarewithin Himself; isvara-cestathe activities of the Supreme Personality of Godhead; bahireexternally; nirdambhawithout pride; caitanya-bhakti-mandapein the devotional hall of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; tenhoHe is; mula-stambhathe main pillar.
TRANSLATION
He is the main pillar in the hall of devotional service erected by Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. He knew within Himself that He acted as the Supreme Lord Visnu, but externally He was prideless.
