Imported quote 17158 So two classes of men: demonic and divine. So divine nature has been explained in various ways from the very beginning. Now Krsna is explaining about the demonic nature. The first characteristic of demonic nature is they do not know what should be the pravrtti and what should be nivrtti-proper and improper action. Improper action is mentioned here, beginning that na saucam napi cacaraḥ [Bg 16.7], not cleanliness. Cleanliness is essential. "Cleanliness is next to godliness."
