sri saunakah uvaca-the sage Saunaka said; asvatthamna-of Asvatthama (the son of Drona); upasrstena-by release of; brahma-sirsna-the invincible weapon, brahmastra; uru-tejasa-by high temperature; uttaraya-of Uttara (mother of Pariksit); hatah-being spoiled; garbha-womb; isena-by the Supreme Lord; ajivitah-brought to life; punah-again.
