nityam-regularly, always; niriksamananam-of those who look at Him; yat-although; api-in spite of; dvaraka-okasam-the inhabitants of Dvaraka; na-never; vitrpyanti-satisfied; hi-exactly; drsah-sight; sriyah-beauties; dhama-aṅgam-the bodily reservoir; acyutam-the infallible.
