PURPORT

Although the Mohammedans or non-Hindus have no interest in chanting the holy name of the Lord, the Hare Krsna maha-mantra, while the Hindus in Navadvipa chanted during the lunar eclipse the Mohammedans also imitated them. Thus the Hindus and Mohammedans joined together in chanting the holy name of the Lord when Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu advented Himself.
