The inhabitants of those islands are also divided into four castes-Rtavrata, Satyavrata, Danavrata and
Anuvrata-which exactly resemble
brahmana,
ksatriya,
vaisya and
sudra. They practice
pranayama and mystic
yoga, and in trance they worship the Supreme Lord in the form of
Vayu.
