anejat-fixed up; ekam-one; manasah-more than the mind; javiyah-speedy; na-not; enat-this Supreme Lord; devah-the demigods like Indra, etc.; apnuvan-can approach; purvam-the first of all; arsat-one who knows everything; tat-that; dhavatah-those who are running; anyan-others; atyeti-surpasses; tisthat-although placed; tasmin-in one place; apah-water; matarisva-the gods who control air and rains; dadhati-execute.
