kaṅksantah-desiring; karmanam-of fruitive activities; siddhim-perfection; yajante-worship by sacrifices; iha-in the material world; devatah-the demigods; ksipram-very quickly; hi-certainly; manuse-in human society; loke-within this world; siddhih bhavati-becomes successful; karmaja-the fruitive worker.
