Dear Sir,

In the meeting of the Governing Body of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness held on November 5, 1976 at the Krishna Balarama Temple, Chattikara Rd., Vrindaban, under the presidentship of myself, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, the following resolution was passed:

"An account in the name of International Society for Krishna Consciousness, Gurukula School Maintenance A/C should be opened with your office and the following persons whose signatures are given below, will be authorized to sign in the capacity mentioned against their names. Two persons out of three will operate the account jointly.

1) Shri Bishambhar Dayal as managing director
