It has been resolved at a meeting of the Governing Body of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness held at the Krishna Balaram Mandir on April 9, 1976 under the Chairmanship of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami that a Fixed Deposit will be opened in the Name "Vrindaban Temple Construction Fund" at the Punjab National Bank, Vrindaban. The Account will be operated by the Chairman, Shri A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, whose signature appears below.
