বাহিরে আসি' রাজা আজ্ঞা-পত্র লেখাইল ।
নিজ-রাজ্যে যত 'বিষয়ী', তাহারে পাঠাইল ॥ ১১০ ॥

nija-rajye yata 'visayi', tahare pathaila
bahire asi'-coming outside; raja-the King; ajna-patra-letters of command; lekhaila-had written; nija-rajye-in his own kingdom; yata-all; visayi-government servants; tahare-unto them; pathaila-sent.
The King then went outside and had orders written down and sent to the government servants within his kingdom.
