স্ত্রী-নাম শুনি' প্রভুর বাহ্য হইলা ।
পুনরপি সেই পথে বাহুড়ি' চলিলা ॥ ৮৪ ॥

stri-nama suni' prabhura bahya ha-ila

punarapi sei pathe bahudi' calila

SYNONYMS

stri-nama-the word "woman"; suni'-hearing; prabhura-of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; bahya-external consciousness; ha-ila-returned; punarapi-again; sei pathe-on that path; bahudi' calila-He turned back.

TRANSLATION

As soon as He heard the word "woman," the Lord became externally conscious and turned back.
