vidura uvāca
sa vai svāyambhuvaḥ samrāṭ
priyaḥ putraḥ svayambhuvaḥ
pratilabhya priyāṁ patnīṁ
kiṁ cakāra tato mune
SYNONYMS
viduraḥ uvācaVidura said; saḥ—he; vai—easily; svāyambhuvaḥSvāyambhuva Manu; samrāṭ—the king of all kings; priyaḥ—dear; putraḥ—son; svayambhuvaḥ—of Brahmā; pratilabhya—after obtaining; priyām—most loving; patnīm—wife; kim—what; cakāra—did; tataḥ—thereafter; mune—O great sage.
TRANSLATION
Vidura said: O great sage, what did Svāyambhuva, the dear son of Brahmā, do after obtaining his very loving wife?
