This deed of Lease agreement made this day ______th March 1972 between Sri Madan Mohan Goswami son of late ______ major sevait at 50 {indistinct} of Radha Damodar Temple by the judgement of High Court Clause no. 16 and 21 dated now residing at Radha Damodar Temple the front portion renovated by him and in pursuance of the portion of that temple as per schedule attached herewith herein after called the 'Leasor' of the one part, and the International Society for Krishna Consciousness a society registered under Societies Registration act XXI of 1860, having its registration office in "Akash Ganga" 1st floor, 89 Bhulabhai Desai Road (Warden Road) Bombay 36. Through it Founder Acharya His Divine Grace A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada disciple of Sri Srimad Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Goswami Maharaja Prabhupada. Residing at Sri Sri Radha Damodar Temple, Vrindaban, District of Mathura, herein after called the 'Leasee' of the other part.
