Wherein the [leasy] is the sole & exclusive possession of the said property called as the part of the Sree Sree RD Temp. situated on the right-hand side of the Temple on ground and the first floor.
Whereas Leasee is a the occupation of two rooms and its entrance veranda since 1959 in the same building of RD Temple and the Leasee served notice of the evacuation by Registered letter dated ____ and was replied by the Leasee by his reg. letter dated ____ and subsequently they have come to agreement mutually that the leasor agrees [indistinct] agreement. Witness as follows: to give the lease of the said property [indistinct] consisting of rooms on the ground and first floor to the lesse. The Leasee is the religious preacher of Vaisnava cult throughout the whole world as Founder and acharya of the Int. Society for the establishing various centres all over the world to propagate Krishna Consciousness and the Leasor being the major Sevait of Radha Damodar Temple and of religious bent of mind in [indistinct] as servant of the devotee of Lord Krishna both the Leasee & Leasor have with open heart agreed to the following terms & conditions.
