anga haite yei kida khasiya padaya
uthana sei kida rakhe sei thana
SYNONYMS
anga haitefrom his body; yeiwhich; kidaa worm; khasiyadrops; padayafalling off; uthanapicking up; seithat; kidaworm; rakheplaces; sei thanain the same place.
TRANSLATION
Although suffering from leprosy, the brahmana Vasudeva was enlightened. As soon as one worm fell from his body, he would pick it up and place it back again in the same location.
