nija krta dui sloka likhiya tala-pate
'prabhuke diha' bali' dila jagadananda-hate
SYNONYMS
nijaby him; krtacomposed; duitwo; slokaverses; likhiyawriting; tala-pateon a leaf of a palm tree; prabhuke dihagive to Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; bali'-saying this; dilagave it; jagadananda-hatein the hands of Jagadananda.
TRANSLATION
Sarvabhauma Bhattacarya then composed two verses on the leaf of a palm tree. Giving the palm leaf to Jagadananda Prabhu, the Bhattacarya requested him to deliver it to Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu.
